You'll work closely with me while leading the pharmacy day‐to‐day, including:
* Leading daily operations and ensuring smooth dispensary workflow
* Developing and supporting a strong, positive and accountable team culture
* Collaborating directly with me on workflow improvements, standards and business growth
* Taking ownership of store performance — not just "holding the title"
* Supporting and driving professional services and patient‐care initiatives
* Playing an active role in raising standards, improving systems and lifting performance
