Description
* End-to-end AP - Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
* Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
* Provide support for audit and reporting requirements.
Profile
The successful candidate:
* MUST be experienced in Pronto system - non-negotiable.
* Proficiency in accounts payable processes and systems.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience working in an accounting or finance environment.
* Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
