About the Opportunity

The Curriculum Transformation Project is a multi-year, whole-of-institution program that reshapes how we design courses, assure learning outcomes, and facilitate learning in a changing world. This role contributes to successful delivery of the Program and supports adaptive planning, customer-centric, incremental delivery, and alignment between delivery teams and business objectives.
Role
The Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master) will:
* Facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
* Ensure alignment between delivery teams and business objectives while promoting adaptive planning and incremental delivery.
About you
Experience
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
* Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DSDM, Lean, etc.).
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management.
* Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, DevOps, etc.).
* Background in digital delivery or product development (preferred).
The successful applicant will be required to provide a national police clearance.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent level of expertise gained from experience, training or professional accreditation.
* Certified in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile frameworks.
