We understand the perfect mix of construction + technical experience is rare. We are more than willing to train the right person. If you bring construction experience and/or some technical experience in Networking and Project Management, we will invest in your development. Even if your experience doesn't perfectly align, we encourage you to apply if you have a strong foundation in construction and project management, and an interest in technology.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end delivery of construction-based technology projects
* Coordinating subcontractors and project teams on-site
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction plansMonitoring performance, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
* Overseeing site performance, timelines, and deliverables
* Working closely with clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
You might come from a construction, technology contractor, or building systems (BMCS, Security or Lifts) background or be a:
* Project Manager in Construction
* Project Engineer in Construction
* Site Supervisor with project exposure
Essential
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, from planning through to delivery
* Strong ability to manage clients, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Typically, 5–10 years of relevant experience.
Nice To Have (not All Required)
* Exposure to ICN, networking, security, BMS, or building technologies
* Experience with structured cabling, CCTV, or similar systems
* Engineering qualifications or Project Management certifications
* ACMA Cablers Licence
