We are seeking an experienced and strategic Key Account Manager – Business Development to join our client’s high-performing team based in Erskine Park. The Opportunity As the Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth, strengthening relationships with mid-market clients, and implementing strategies that support long-term success. This is a highly strategic position requiring a mix of sales expertise, client management, and a strong commercial mindset. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals. Build and present tailored proposals to prospective clients that clearly communicate the organisation’s value proposition. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across existing and prospective accounts. Monitor and analyse sales metrics, market conditions, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports and sales presentations outlining growth opportunities and account status. About You: Proven experience in business development and account management, preferably within the waste, transport, or logistics sector. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and consistently hit targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms highly regarded. A current and unrestricted Australian driver’s license is essential.
