Position Overview: As an Account Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, overseeing project delivery, and developing both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Your role will require a balance of strategic thinking, creative input, and meticulous project management. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and translating those into effective digital and traditional marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships by offering insightful, honest advice while maintaining clear communication. Campaign Strategy: Develop integrated marketing strategies that combine digital and traditional marketing methods to deliver measurable results. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, offering guidance and expertise to ensure success across all channels. Project Delivery: Oversee the execution of both digital and traditional campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Work collaboratively with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure seamless, high-quality execution of all campaign elements. Campaign Optimisation: Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, identifying opportunities for optimisation and recommending improvements. Respond promptly to any challenges, always keeping a positive and solutions-oriented mindset. Collaboration: Work closely with department teams, including creative, media, digital, and strategy teams, to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing channels. Foster a collaborative approach that encourages input from all stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes. Budget and Resource Management: Manage client budgets across both digital and traditional campaigns, ensuring projects stay on track financially and deliver maximum value. Communicate proactively with clients about adjustments to budgets or timelines. Client Relations: Provide exceptional service and support to client portfolio. Build long-term relationships by acting with integrity, being responsive to client needs, and maintaining a positive, empathetic approach. Skills and Experience: Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within a full-service agency that handles both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, paid media, email marketing, and web analytics. Traditional Marketing Expertise: Knowledge and experience with traditional marketing channels like TV, BVOD, radio, print, and outdoor advertising. Client Relations: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated experience in working with both digital and traditional marketing clients. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Strong organisational and time management skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop informed, intelligent strategies that integrate both digital and traditional marketing approaches. Collaboration: A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams to deliver successful outcomes. Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies and tactics in response to evolving client needs or shifting market conditions. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality across both digital and traditional campaigns. Ensures all projects are executed flawlessly, free of errors, maintaining the agency's reputation for precision and excellence. Must have: Experience with integrated marketing campaigns that blend digital and traditional marketing approaches. Previous agency experience in an account service or similar high-volume role.
