Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support the customer service team to uphold Harris Farm's high service standards
* Manage daily operations of the front-end including registers, online assistance, bakery assistance and coaching our team in service practices and standards
* Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care
* Drive efficiency through performance monitoring, coaching while promoting teamwork
* Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with policies and procedures
* Champion a safe and welcoming environment for both team members and customers
About You
* Has previous supervisory or team-leading experience in a retail or hospitality environment
* Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings
* Leads by example with a customer-first attitude
* Possesses strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Is adaptable, hands-on, and capable of juggling priorities
