Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Administration Officers at a regional health service provide quality customer service to patients, employees and members of the public. They ensure a respectful and helpful response is provided to all face-to-face and telephone enquiries, supporting a positive opinion of the organisation.
The role involves completing a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the facility. You will also provide assistance with more complex tasks or projects and provide relief for other staff as required, to support efficiency and quality within the service and team.
You will support the manager and team with quality improvement activities, making decisions and taking initiative in relation to day-to-day operational matters. You will perform according to established work practices and procedures, working under general instruction and broad supervision.
Opportunities exist in multiple departments within the health service and may provide a pathway to secure temporary or permanent employment.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
