Harberger Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Person to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling high-value agricultural projects including grain silos, grain handling systems, grain dryers, and feed mills to farmers, agribusinesses, and commercial operations.
This position is ideal for someone who understands agricultural production, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated by developing long-term relationships and delivering tailored project solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities across the agricultural sector
• Provide clients with expert advice on grain storage, drying, and milling solutions
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and project scope documents
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver accurate system designs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and industry partners
• Attend field days, trade shows, and on-farm meetings to promote products and solutions
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
What We're Looking For
• Experience in agricultural sales, project sales, or capital equipment
• Understanding of grain storage, handling, or feed milling systems
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to interpret technical information and explain solutions clearly
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Current driver's licence (travel required)
• Ability to travel Australia wide
