About the role: Clinical Support Officer – NENW Acute Care Team (ACT)
Step into a pivotal role as a Clinical Support Officer with the NENW Acute Care Team, where you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support that keeps clinical services running smoothly. Working closely with clinicians under the guidance of the NENW ACT Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient management of clinical and administrative tasks, while having the autonomy to take initiative when needed.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Support ACT handover processes and follow-up actions to ensure continuity of care.Coordinate data and error reports, updating allocation lists and maintaining accurate clinical records.Assist with managing clinical diaries, sending discharge referrals and documents, and supporting clinician workflow.Oversee operational functions such as Health Roster management, IT troubleshooting, car bookings, and Stafflink maintenance.Collaborate with the broader NENW Administration Team, contributing to a cohesive, high-performing service.
