Job Title: Branch Manager

A prominent role within the Senior Leadership Team is available at our Campbells Branch in Alice Springs.


Job Description:

* Responsible for branch accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Monitor and control weekly admin and sales payroll hours entered into KRONOS, as well as submission of A/L, sick leave, and LSL forms to payroll.

You will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciliation of customer accounts, answering account queries, debtor reporting, new accounts, general account maintenance, customer rebates, and credit note finalisation.

The Administration Manager plays a key part in maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external. Strong leadership skills are required, accompanied by a positive 'can do' attitude that inspires the team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure OH&S & HACCP compliance throughout the branch.
* Process customer payments efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require experience in a similar position, preferably with an FMCG background. You must demonstrate exceptional leadership and relationship management skills, along with proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, databases, Microsoft Word, and PowerBI.
