The opportunity: We're recruiting on behalf of a major contractor delivering a high profile long-term power infrastructure program across WA.
As Contract Manager, you'll oversee the commercial delivery of a broad package of works spanning substations, transmission lines, high-voltage maintenance, and pole replacement programs.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage contract performance, commercial risk, and stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of technically complex, high-volume works.
You'll also directly lead a team of three, while working closely with internal delivery, estimating and project teams.
Manage commercial delivery of a diverse infrastructure program that includes substation upgrades, transmission and distribution line works, high-voltage maintenance, pole replacements, and regional asset renewal projects.
Oversee claims, variations, procurement, forecasting and governance Lead a team of 3 direct reports across contract admin and commercial support Engage directly with the client and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment Perth-based role with occasional site travel across regional WA8+ years of contract/commercial experience in power, utilities or infrastructure Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management and claims processes Experience managing frameworks or long-term programs of work A confident leader with experience managing small teams Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, engineering or construction management (preferred)Why this role?This is a standout opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor and take ownership of a significant body of work.
