We're partnering with a major player in the energy and infrastructure space to help them find a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of dewatering projects across WA on an 8:6 roster
About the role:
This is a leadership role focused on driving the safe and successful delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects in the resources sector. You'll be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring quality and commercial outcomes, and building high-performing project teams.
If you've delivered complex dewatering projects before and you're ready to lead end-to-end delivery in a business that values autonomy, ownership, and team culture - this could be the one.
* Lead full project lifecycle on major dewatering infrastructure works
* Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and construction managers
* Oversee safety, cost, quality, environmental, and schedule performance
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through great delivery
* Collaborate with commercial and procurement teams on contracts and risk
* Ensure projects are fully resourced and reporting is consistent and on point
* Coach, mentor and support your team to drive results and retain great people
What you’ll need:
* Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, ideally with dewatering scope
* 10+ years in construction/engineering with at least 5 years in project leadership
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and lead multidisciplinary teams
* Commercial acumen and contract management capability
* A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills
* A commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing what’s right
