Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Refilled, your role is to open new doors.
You'll be the engine driving Refilled's growth - identifying, reaching, and engaging with forward-thinking companies who want to create happier, more sustainable workplaces.
You'll connect with office managers, sustainability leads, and CEOs across Australia and the Asia Pacific region, sparking their curiosity and turning first conversations into qualified opportunities for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across Australia and Asia Pacific
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking, door-knocking, LinkedIn, events)
* Book and coordinate meetings for the sales team with high-quality leads
* Track and report activity and progress in HubSpot CRM
* Represent the Refilled brand with energy and excitement
Who You Are
* You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - you like moving quickly and figuring things out as you go
* You're competitive, curious, and love a good challenge.
* You're a confident person, whether talking to a receptionist or a CEO, in person or on the phone.
* You may have 1–3 years of experience in a similar outbound or sales role - or you're hungry to prove yourself in one
