Looking for a motivated and results-driven Allocator with a proven track record of optimising logistics operations, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Extensive experience in managing daily operations, driving KPIs, and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Come join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities
* Manage daily logistics operations, including freight load creation, driver rostering, and customer communication regarding shipment updates.
* Investigate and resolve missing freight issues, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with company policies.
* Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates and managing expectations around freight shipments.
* Utilise Excel, and Outlook for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
* Coordinate internal and external operations to ensure timely deliveries and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient skills in Excel and Outlook
* Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
