Nightfill Manager

This physically oriented role requires you to lead a dedicated night shift team that prepares the store for the next day of trade. You will analyze priorities, communicate tasks, and direct the team in breaking down pallets and restocking shelves, ensuring customers receive the products they want, every time.

Responsibilities

• Review and plan for sales and seasonal events
• Manage effective promotional planning
• Maintain accurate inventory controls
• Use store equipment including pallet jacks, cutting tools and PPE for cold areas
• Prioritise OH&S and overall safety
• Deliver key performance metrics and targets across the Nightfill team
• Lead Store Sustainability commitments

When you will be needed

This full‐time salaried role requires flexible availability for early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster, including weekends.
