Support Residents in Their Daily Lives as a Skilled Care Assistant
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, supporting them with activities such as personal hygiene, feeding and mobility assistance. A key aspect of this position is delivering high-quality care services while promoting independence and dignity for each individual.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and supportive care to residents
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming
- Facilitate social interactions and activities within the centre
- Maintain accurate records of resident care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support or willingness to obtain
- First Aid and CPR qualification or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Check and Police Check
- Valid Australian Work Rights (sponsorship not available)
