Position Description Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Processing payroll in accordance with Awards, Agreements, Company Policies, FairWork, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and relevant legislation Ensuring payments to staff are compliant, correct, and timely Educating the team on legislative changes Identifying process improvements, especially in governance Conducting audits and reviews Responding to escalated payroll queries and resolving discrepancies Preparing and reviewing payroll reports Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have proven experience in a senior payroll role and possess:
