The Role
We're looking for a Maintenance Team Leader / Horticulturist to take ownership of regular garden maintenance rounds and guide a small crew. You'll keep established gardens looking their best and step in on the occasional install or refresh project. This role suits someone with hands-on horticultural skill, pride in their work, and leadership potential.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating and completing scheduled garden maintenance tasks
- Mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching, planting and general horticultural care
- Leading and mentoring offsiders to build skill and efficiency
- Communicating with clients and the office to keep jobs running smoothly
- Spotting opportunities to improve gardens and enhance plant health

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have solid experience in garden maintenance and horticulture (Cert III+ valued)
- Enjoy leading others and take pride in tidy, high-standard finishes
- Communicate clearly, work safely, and lead by example
- Hold a current driver's licence (manual required)
- Have Australian working rights
