The Role
For this entry level position in our Customer Connect Team you will need great computer sills, a can-do attitude and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Based in our Burleigh Heads Office you will be first point of contact ready to handle calls from a diverse customer base regarding their insurance claims (call centre style).
