Service Delivery Lead
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the operational management of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in people management, preferably within the Child Care or Education sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, drive to succeed, and a commitment to supporting working families. They will also be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing OSHC teams in schools, overseeing service delivery, conducting educator evaluations, and preparing for Assessment and Rating reviews.

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess past experience in people management, preferably in childcare or area management, ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally, proven success in management, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, VIC Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or be willing to obtain, and current driver's license and own car.
