The day to day
* Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs
* Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
* Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
* Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
* Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor

Additional
* Required: Community or hospital OT experience
* Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
* Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
