Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to fill a key role within our organization.
* Key responsibilities include managing all cost and commercial aspects of our construction projects, preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts, administering contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts, processing progress claims and subcontractor payment schedules, monitoring project costs, and preparing monthly cost reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (industrial construction preferred).
* Strong knowledge of cost planning, contract administration, and claims management.
* Proficiency in estimating and cost management software.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
