Executive Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Directors, handling complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Key responsibilities include preparing correspondence, reports, minutes, and presentations, as well as maintaining effective systems for records and document management.

A skilled and highly organized Executive Assistant is required to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational ability, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.

* Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment

Additional requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Working with Children Check and Police Clearance are mandatory.
