We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales management professional to join our team as a Team Manager on a maternity cover in one of our Adelaide stores.
This role involves overseeing the store's operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and providing outstanding customer service. You will lead, develop, and support staff to achieve individual sales plans with a strong focus on client development and providing exceptional customer experiences.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with internal and external clients
* Nurture and develop client portfolios through meaningful commercial outreach
* Support event organization and hosting for clients
* Create exceptional client experiences
* Become an expert on product and sales training modules
* Assist in supervising, developing, and training staff and supervisors
* Recruitment and onboarding of new starters
* Opening and closing of the store
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Minimum three years supervisory or management experience
* Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related fields
* Experience in sales generation and achieving sales results
* Target-driven environment with KPIs
* Organizing events
* Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
