We are a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional patient care and services. Integrated Human Resourcing is seeking a Practice Supervisor to assist the Director with day-to-day operational activities, team management, and finance functions.
The successful candidate will be available to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week, including every Monday, with flexibility to cover other days when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and overseeing all operations within the business
* Upholding great customer service among the team
* Rostering and processing weekly payroll
* Assisting with HR functions, including recruitment and dispute resolutions
* Conducting employee performance reviews, scheduling, and leading team meetings
* Assisting with stock taking and ordering
* Liaising with external suppliers/representatives when required
* Ensuring all team members follow safe work procedures and providing guidance as needed
* Attending and actively participating in training provided
* Ensuring adherence to legal and internal policy and procedure requirements
* Promoting and maintaining good and efficient communication with internal team members and external patients and suppliers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in team management
- Experience in using XERO
- Experience in clinical working environment (desirable but not essential)
- High level of attention to details
- Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality
- Respectful, good attitude, willing to learn, and take instructions/feedback well
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortably working independently and in a team environment
