Job Description About the Role Reporting to the Student Services Manager, you will lead a team of Student Services Officers to deliver high-quality support throughout the student journey. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of Student Services, ensuring students receive timely, accurate and professional assistance across key touchpoints including orientation, enrolment, progression and graduation. Working closely with academic and operational stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help create a positive and engaging experience for students. The role also plays an important part in maintaining the integrity of student records, monitoring service performance, supporting compliance requirements, and using student feedback and data insights to continuously enhance service delivery.
