Overview
IT Support Specialist. Location: Corp Office - Wises Rd. Employment type: Full time. This role provides IT Service Desk and onsite support to Radiologists, Technologists and Administration staff within IDX Group across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
* Provide IT Service Desk and onsite support to clinical and administrative staff.
* Collaborate with other IT professionals on projects and initiatives.
* Perform IT Level 1 to Level 2 helpdesk support and onsite field technician duties.
* Expand skill set to learn and support clinical reporting applications and participate in special projects with potential for future roles.
About you
* Dedicated, reliable, and highly motivated IT support professional.
* Good understanding of ITIL, record keeping and documentation practices.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise time-sensitive tasks.
* Strong communication skills; able to translate technical details into everyday language.
* Familiar with PC (Windows) and mobile (Android, iOS) environments.
* Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Office 365, Windows Servers and Active Directory.
* Desirable: Linux, Ubuntu, VMware, Cisco and related technologies; Remote support experience; Field Technician experience; Helpdesk ticketing software knowledge; ITIL best practices; Radiology applications such as RIS and PACS; knowledge of latest security trends and practices.
* Ability to work across levels of the business and provide excellent customer service; a problem solver who seeks to grow their skills.
