Accountant vacancy: Seventh-day Adventist Church, Tasmania Conference Limited.
A full-time accountancy position exists to serve:
* Seventh-day Adventist Church (Tasmanian Conference) Ltd
* Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Tasmania) Ltd
* Tasmanian Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church

Duties Include
* Support the CFO
* Preparation and analysis of financial reports
* Assist with forecasting, cash flow management, data analysis
* Budget preparation
* Assist with the daily and monthly monitoring of all financial performance across the entities
* Accounting for the local churches
* Payroll
Qualifications
* Demonstrate high level of computer literacy with advanced skills in accounting software
* Hold qualifications in accounting, finance or relevant discipline
* Be a practicing baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church with a strong commitment to its Mission
* Experience in church accounting would be an advantage
* Hold a valid Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People check/card
* Have a current Tasmanian Driver's License and WWVP card
* Salary to be negotiated
Salary
Starting Salary: $80,411 plus Superannuation.
