Description
* Develop and deliver tailored UKG training programs for end-users.
* Provide hands-on guidance and support during UKG system implementation.
* Collaborate with the technology team to ensure training materials align with organisational needs.
* Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt materials as necessary.
* Offer on-site and remote support to address user queries and concerns.
* Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for ongoing reference.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving UKG system-related issues.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
Profile
A successful UKG Trainer should have:
* Proven expertise in creating, coordinating and delivering UKG Pro training
* Experience with Vyond
* Ability to come in 3 days a week at minimum
Job Offer
