What you'll be doing

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, focusing on small to mid-sized businesses and commercial clients. Working autonomously, you will identify opportunities, deliver compelling proposals, and close deals in a, solutions-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the commercial and industrial energy market
- Conduct consultations to assess customer energy needs and present tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client requirements and business objectives
- Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
- Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation

About You

Your proactive, results driven and enthusiastic nature together with your engaging demeanour will be key success factors in this role.

- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the energy, gas, or utilities sectors
- Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and supplement internal lead generation
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate high-value contracts
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small, agile sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM platforms
