Process Technician - Underground Paste Plant

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Processing Supervisor, you will work alongside our Metallurgists to operate both the processing facility and paste plant. This is a hands‐on role where you will make a real impact on our operations every day.
Your day‐to‐day will include:
* Coordinate paste delivery in‐line with the mine backfill schedule
* Operate the paste plant during production shifts
* Plant monitoring and control to ensure optimal performance
* Identify and implement process flow improvements
* Fault finding and minor maintenance activities
* Daily safety and production reporting
* Focus on hazard awareness, recovery, concentrate grade, throughput, and process continuity
What We're Looking For
We need operators with solid experience in crushing, grinding, and ideally flotation, filtration, tailings, and mine paste plant circuits. You'll bring technical expertise combined with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Essential Requirements
* Current WA "C" class driver's licence
* Solid experience operating wet processing plants (crushing, grinding, reagents, filtration)
* Safe isolation and permitting systems experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to meet timeframes and solve problems effectively
* Unwavering commitment to safety
Highly Regarded
* Forklift licence
* Loader operation ticket
* Confined space certification
* Working at heights or EWP ticket
* Flotation experience
