Job Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Control Specialist to join our team in a control centre environment. In this role, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring and controlling critical infrastructure water treatment assets from the Burton-based control centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Fault Finding: Identify and troubleshoot process issues to ensure optimal plant operability and water quality KPIs.
* Critical Asset Monitoring: Continuously monitor and control critical infrastructure assets to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with service technicians, engineers, and client control centres to achieve common goals and objectives.
* Event Reporting: Accurately document and report events, incidents, and near misses to ensure a safe working environment.
* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the control centre team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall service delivery.
