Monitoring Officer Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee monitoring-related issues across various systems. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for technical troubleshooting, data analysis, access management, and energy provider support.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve monitoring concerns by assessing and implementing software updates, minimizing technician site visits.
* Data Analysis: Analyze portal data to identify faults or production issues and prepare detailed reports for customers.
* Access Management: Provide and manage access to portals for customers and authorized third parties.
* Energy Provider and Connectivity Support: Identify and address grid voltage reduction issues by liaising with energy providers and supporting customers during network provider changes.
Requirements include prior experience in a similar role, solid IT understanding, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
