We have an exciting chance for an enthusiastic and self-motivated** Marketing Specialist** to join our _Nutrition business _based at **Macquarie Park **on a **six-month fixed-term contract.**
Reporting to the _Ethical Marketing Lead, _the primary job function of this role is to work within the marketing team of Abbott Nutrition ANZ to enable the marketing team to drive key elements of marketing strategy development and execution.
**Main responsibilities are, and not limited to**:
- Recent channel entry - exploration and development of thorough strategic recommendation on new channel entry opportunities, in conjunction with local and Area teams
- NPI (New Product Innovation) roadmap - work with Area and local teams to strengthen ANZ NPI as part of portfolio roadmap (gap identification, territory exploration, concept development)
- Monitor competitive landscape and develop recommendations on strategies to defend & maintain market share against new market entrants
- Work on the development and execution of a consumer U&A; study, identifying key opportunities across the consumer journey & embedding key insights into brand strategies
- Work with Area Market Insights team, local agency partners and internal stakeholders, to understand key levers (consumer & ethical) against sales impact to enable a sharper understanding of investment decisions
- Support the consumer team in the delivery and execution of CRM program with partner agencies (execution, reporting and insight identification)
- Drive the development of Sales Force Marketing Cloud capability
- Key involvement in journey configuration, content and material development to meet key roadmap timings
- Work with SEO agency on search audit to develop understanding of key gaps/recommendations and align a clear roadmap
- Work within marketing expenditure budgets
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
- At least ten years of solid marketing experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical
- Experience in developing multiple consumer marketing communication strategies
- Previous experience with high tracked performance in a marketing role
- HCP marketing experience would be highly regarded, in addition to consumer experience
- Experience with developing and executing Marketing Plans
- Good knowledge of Australian Healthcare landscape and key stakeholders
- Experience within the nutrition space would be highly advantageous
