As part of our growth, we're seeking a Management Consultant to partner with leadership in refining strategy, driving efficiency, and scaling operations to deliver even greater impact for our customers.
Role Overview
The Management Consultant will play a key role in evaluating and refining Ownhome's operational and strategic frameworks. This role involves deep analysis of business systems and processes, development of scalable models for growth, and recommendations that enhance customer outcomes and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and improve Ownhome's business structure, systems, and processes to strengthen operational performance and customer experience.
* Review and refine the company's strategic and financial models to ensure alignment with market dynamics and long-term business goals.
* Conduct process mapping and workflow evaluations to identify inefficiencies and design sustainable improvement initiatives.
* Partner with the leadership team to shape strategic plans, optimise resources, and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.
* Lead market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and areas for product or service innovation.
* Work collaboratively with product and technology teams to improve the digital customer journey and ensure platform efficiency.
* Develop frameworks and dashboards for performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making across business units.
* Support Ownhome's growth and expansion by advising on scalable models, market entry strategies, and operational readiness.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Proven 1 year or plus experience in management consulting roles, ideally within financial services, property, or technology sectors.
* Strong analytical capability and data-driven thinking, with demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
* Advanced proficiency in business analysis, process optimisation, and strategic planning tools.
