An incredible opportunity for a talented and team oriented Property Manager to join this reputable agency recognised for delivering superior service and working in a family like environment where your hard efforts are recognised.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of Approx. 150 properties with SUPPORT FROM VA'S & THE HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
In this role, you will be expected to work on a rostered Saturday 1 in 3 with the following
**FRIDAY OFF to Enjoy the Long Weekend.**

Utilizing the latest technology and support from the virtual team, you are both strategic and hands on.
**YOU MUST BE a **highly professional and confident communicator, with the ability to articulate your understanding and skill set and instill confidence in your legislation knowledge and real estate experience with owners and renters best interests at heart.
Ideally you will have 2+ years relevant property management agency experience ideally within the western suburbs. You will be joining a passionate and highly reputable team who are known for working collaboratively within a culture that promotes professional development and limitless creativity.
