Tenancy Manager – South Brisbane Suburbs
Join a well-established and values-driven housing provider with a strong reputation for stability and long-term staff retention. Due to growth, an opportunity has opened for a Tenancy Manager to join their close-knit team based in the South Brisbane suburbs.
This is a true end-to-end role managing a portfolio of around 120 properties. You'll be responsible for everything from entries and routines through to lease renewals, maintenance coordination and vacates – but without the added burden of trust accounting.
The team is professional yet supportive, with most staff enjoying long tenure (10+ years). The organisation operates with strong systems in place, including Property Me and the Microsoft suite. You'll have access to a shared company car, and the benefit of salary packaging on top of base salary.
What's on offer
* $70,000 – $80,000 + super + NFP salary packaging

About you
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in property management or tenancy management
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Tech-savvy, with experience using PM software (Property Me preferred)
* Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
