Working Pattern:
8-hour shifts between 6am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. On call from 5pm-6:30pm, Monday to Friday. On call on Sunday from 3pm-6pm.

What You Will Do:
* Use specialist logistics software to execute and monitor the wood flow plan, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
* Coordinate and schedule harvesting contractors and logging trucks to optimize fleet utilization and minimize distribution costs.
* Monitor and report on production, inventory, and delivery targets.
* Negotiate with suppliers and customers, and engage in direct communication when issues arise.
* Support the Regional Manager and foster a positive culture within the operation by leading by example.

Preferred Requirements:
* Knowledge of the forestry industry is a plus.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is advantageous.
