Responsibilities
Concierge Duties
* Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Provide information about building amenities, local attractions, and neighborhood services.
* Coordinate service requests, maintenance access, and vendor check-ins
* Manage amenity space reservations (lounges, conference rooms, etc.).
* Monitor lobby traffic and enforce guest policies for building security.
Barista Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café/barista station.
* Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
* Create a warm, welcoming café atmosphere in the lobby or amenity space.
Security & Oversight
* Monitor access points to ensure only authorized persons enter the building.
* Report suspicious behavior or safety concerns to building management/security team.
* Ensure compliance with building rules and protocols.
The role requires a mix of interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
* Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
* Prior experience in hospitality, barista service, front desk, or security preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Warm, friendly demeanor with a polished and professional appearance.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* Basic knowledge of safety protocols and visitor management.
* Barista or café experience (preferred, but will train).
