The successful candidate will lead a high-performing organization of solution sellers and their managers, guiding them through complex customer projects that span cloud, AI, hybrid, and sovereign solutions.
As a trusted advisor to CxOs, business and technical decision-makers, you will lead with insight, drive sales excellence, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver transformational business outcomes. You will be at the forefront of our innovation, shaping the future of cloud and AI adoption in Germany.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers and partners
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
• Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
• 3+ years of experience in people management, including leading managers and senior sales teams
• Demonstrated success in executive engagement, solution selling, and strategic planning
• Strong project management and organizational leadership skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive presence
• Experience working in matrixed environments and driving cross-team collaboration
