Mental Health Matron and ETOC Service Lead
This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop a cutting-edge Enhanced Therapeutic Observations and Care team, while supporting the delivery of a trauma-informed Mental Health ETOC and vulnerabilities service across all sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior clinical support to frontline staff, ensuring a seamless pathway of care for patients with mental health needs, and effectively managing risk related to mental health, challenging behavior, and mental capacity.
Key requirements include extensive experience in mental health nursing within a hospital setting, current NMC Registration as a Mental Health Nurse, and a post-registration qualification in Mental Health. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
