About the Role First point of contact for customers and clients via inbound calls and email enquiries Process orders for your sectors related equipment Arrange equipment collections Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Provide clear advice on product range, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timeframes Accurately update customer details across multiple systems while on calls Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism, and care About Your Experience Experience using CRM systems, including SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms Confident navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously Accurate data entry and updating customer records in real time Experience managing customer interactions across phone and email channels Strong system literacy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly Ability to multitask effectively between calls, emails, and system updates If you believe this role suits your skillset, please apply now.
