* Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to employee payroll queries
* Assist in processing fortnightly end-to-end payroll (starting from T&A check to computations) with accuracy and compliance for more than **** employees
* Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, and contract changes
* Conduct regular and random audits of payroll processed and submit a report
* Support payroll-related reconciliations and reporting (e.g. payroll tax, superannuation)
* Ensure compliance with General Retail Award, Australian Tax and Superannuation requirements
* Generate and analyze payroll reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
