About the role
As an Air Compressor Service Technician at South West Compressors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing industrial air compressors for our valued clients across the region. This full-time position is based in Bunbury, WA 6230, and involves hands-on technical work in the field, as well as collaboration with the wider team.
Candidates must be physically capable of moderate lifting as required for hands-on technical work in the field.
What you'll be doing
* Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of air compressors at client sites
* Diagnose and repair faults in air compressor systems.
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
* Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work performed
* Assist with the installation of new air compressor equipment as required
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as an air compressor service technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role
* Minimum 3-5 years of air compressor or industrial maintenance experience is required
* Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
* A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as required
* A valid car licence (C class) is required for travelling to client sites
* A commitment to workplace health and safety
* Australian work rights are required for this position
