Overview
Director of Corporate Services (with Relocation Support to Deakin, ACT) for Karralika Programs, an NGO that supports individuals and families impacted by alcohol and other drugs (AOD). Reporting directly to the CEO, you will join the Executive Team and help shape strategy, corporate services, people and culture, governance, and partnerships. Lead people and culture strategy (HR, WHS, IR, workforce wellbeing) Drive strategic planning, business development, and policy innovation Support governance, compliance, and financial sustainability Build stakeholder partnerships, develop income streams, and manage reputation Represent Karralika externally and contribute to sector thought leadership Champion values, inclusion, and people-first solutions What You Will Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role, ideally in NGO/community or health sectors Strong governance, workforce, and compliance expertise A proven ability to drive organisational strategy and build partnerships Exceptional communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence What We Offer
