Maintenance Team Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a proactive strategy for guest needs and scheduled maintenance execution.
* Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, including General Managers, guests, and on-site contractors.
* Track and report programmed maintenance while engaging external contractors through email and phone updates.
* Collaborate closely with departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* A proven leader in maintenance or engineering, familiar with strata/MLR operations.
* Strong administrative and computer skills, along with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
* Familiarity with comprehensive financial management and WHS legislation compliance.
* Ability to perform emergency maintenance tasks beyond regular working hours.
