YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Carole Park QLD .
This key role involves supporting various areas of our trade store to serve customers via phone and email, as well as activities such as stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, and stock top-ups, ensuring goods are stored neatly.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing face-to-face customer service, handling customer requests, sourcing parts, and providing ETAs on backorders
* Daily stock replenishment and stock takes
* Managing showroom displays and stock rotations
* Maintaining general housekeeping of the counter and packing areas, including organisation and prioritisation
To be successful, you will have:
* A forklift license (desirable)
* Strong customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivation and an interest in personal development within the company
* The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
