About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the competency, safety, and compliance of our driver workforce.
* Promote a culture of safety among drivers and transport teams
* Deliver onboarding programs and training for new drivers
* Assess driver competence through ongoing coaching
* Evaluate Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), WHS legislation, and Holcim transport standards compliance
