About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you\'ll be the face of the showroom—guiding customers through their purchasing journey, understanding their needs, and helping them select furniture they\'ll love for years to come.
This role is weekend-focused and requires availability to work every Saturday and Sunday. Weekend trade is essential to success in this position, so flexibility here is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience
* Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
* Confidently sell high-value furniture and homewares
* Maintain immaculate showroom presentation
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
* Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow-ups with care and professionalism
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive store success
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in retail sales (furniture or big-ticket highly regarded)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A polished, professional presentation
* Target-driven with a genuine passion for customer service
* Full availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
