Speech and Language Therapist
We are expanding our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support services to individuals of all ages and abilities.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including early intervention for infants, feeding, early language, parent coaching, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC.
Your role will involve managing an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services, and providing assessments and implementations for various speech and language needs.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, share knowledge, and celebrate successes. Whether you prefer team outings or prioritize family and home life, there is a place for everyone.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
* Provide early intervention and parent coaching for the Early Years (0-5), including speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school readiness
* Support school-aged children (5-18) with literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessments and implementations
* Assist adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, as well as neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation

Requirements:
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
* A passion for collaboration within a multidisciplinary team
